I was a driver for a while and did a few parties, never quite felt cool with it. Contrary to polular belief, supermodels and p stars are not the only women who hire male strippers. Some of these parties resemble corrals of dairy cows. Dancing in the gym is cool...if....your at a pilates class.....surrounded by saline bags.

There are places in New Orleans where you can try your hand at shaking your tail. There is LA Hardbodies, and Unisex, both on Bourbon, with a mixed crowd. There is Corner Pocket, on Burgundy and St Louis, with a mostly gay male crowd, and my friend, who is trans, Lisa Beaumann, as emcee and she is such a doll! The dancers dance right on the bar. Most are gay, some are bi or straight, and just have to get used to all those male hands fondling them if they want to make the big tips. Of course all those places are closed right now, but expect to see them open within a month, I think. They can al always use good male dancers.
