y lock threads

whats up with all the locking of threads lately? like the 1 about d...labs when a mod and a writer went at each other a bit...so what? it was very interesting reading i thought until a different mod locked it. hey guess what some top pros in all sports dissagree somtimes, i think thats healthy. now its just left to our imagination. also a thread about "hulk" whats up? that also was good reading. did i miss something? i see nothing wrong in there except maybe the talk about gh should be in the gh forum. y lock it? just my 2 cents but i believe some of the best lessons are learned thru dissagreement.

Generally mods only do it when they see it as getting out of hand-easier than waiting 'til two guys are always at it and banning them.

yeah i also wondered about the hulk thread... everyone was civil no fighting no source requesting, and then i checked it 2day and it was locked???

I wil admit that I have seen a few that I wondered about also, but I differ to the internet gods that run this place. Hell if I had a lock ability I might just randomnley try it out once in a while for shits and giggles.
