Well, if it's nice camera, you don't have to take big pictures to get high quality. That's for next time. For now, Paint program works pretty well. Go to edit, stretch and then put 50% vert, 50% horz, and that should make it a lot smaller. If it still aint small enough, go up by 10% until it's small enough.
