refresh button

do we have a way to "refresh" what we are looking at rather than either posting or going to the main menue then coming back ????

the reason is...i will look at the posts and after a few minutes or hours i may post a response and when it brings me back, i see alot of post that didn't show up before....so i end up going in and out of the forum alot to see the new posts......
jason HELP me.....or if anyone knows a better way,share with me...

Uhhh, did you try clicking the REFRESH button on your browser?

if you click the post reply button you will see all of the posts below where you are typing. If you use the quick reply like I am doing, the only way to do it is to click the refresh button on your browser.

thanks guys....i didn't have the refresh botton listed on my browser....i put it back up...i took alot of that stuff off line to clear up my screen and forgot about it........thanks

you can also press f5 if you are using internet explorer. or ctrl f5 to force your browser to look for a new page if you are sure there is something new but f5 or refresh aren't working
