I have heard melatonin works for many, but it doesn't do anything for me personally.

It works for me too, I sleep more soundly and apparently there was a study done where they found out melatonin also reduces the amout of headaches you get.

i've started takin it and it works real good. i always seem to have alot of dream i remember when i take it too. but i heard u can build a tolerance to it so u might want to take it sparingly.

i can't ever sleep on sunday nights knowing i have to go to work the next day. melatonin makes me loopy. i wake up and do wierd things and have crazy dreams. last time i got the cereal out of the cupboard and put it on the counter and then went back to sleep i guess. thats what my roommate tells me anyways.

melatonin is the shit if it works for you..
make sure you have 10 hours to sleep if you take it though..
I would suggest you are eating carbs too close to bed time..
thus the problem with energy..
or you exercise too late in the day..
or you really don't have a job, and live at home with nothing to do..
jk..
try some relaxation exercises, or yoga.. works for me..The answer to your every question

ive got lunesta capped with melatonin, that stuff freaking rocks. I sleep like a rock and always wake up feeling like a million bucks in the morning!!
See if you can find some lunesta or ambien, both are prescription sleep aids. Lunesta is the only sleep aid approved for long term use. Ambien works quite well too, but youre not supposed to take for more than a week at a time
