I know USPS and UPS both use a delivery confirmation system.... not to sure about Fedx.

The USPS uses DELIVERY CONFIRMATION numbers, yes, as MudMan said.

they all use a tracking system i use to manage the morning load crew for UPS when they load the trucks before they go out, for deleivery
