Anyone ever use or own one of those belts you put on your abs and it makes them flex and works your ab's electronically. Im thinking about buying one and im trying to find a quality one that works. Any suggestion's?

all crap. my girl had one a few years ago. no good. but I did get a kick out of cranking it up and putting it in different locations. bicept was the best.
