Colds/Working out
Whats the take on this for everyone?
I have been sick since thursday, feeling a lot better today, still got a cough and congestion, I was thinking about training.
What's everyone else do?

Take it easy and watch some football today. It's no fun to train when you have cough and congestion. Either way it probably won't be a good workout, so I would hit it hard tommorow.

...In general, if I have a fever, I don't train.... Believe me, although it isn't common, myocarditis is a very real, very dangerous condition...

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

I had a cold last week (currently on a cycle). I did go to the gym but i couldn't hardly lift anything i can normally lift. I would just relax at home bro.
