Staying up late for one last meal!?
Who here stays up an extra two hours after eating just to drink a shake or eat one last meal? Do you think those two extra hours of sleep would be more beneficial than this last meal? Just a thought. For example, 6 hours of sleep w/meal or 8 without. Meal consisting of 5-800calories before bed, bulking.

I belive staying up a little longer is more beneficial for putting on size. JMO

Agreed, I'm just so damn TIRED because of doing this everyday. Hard to hit 5000 clean calories, even if you start early in the morning.

Another 2 hours of sleep is a lot more beneficial, that extra protein shake won't do any good if your muscles arent well rested.

i wake up 3-4 times a night so i just have a shake when i wake up.

I think I'll stick to staying up and drinking a shake, rather than waking up in the middle of the night.
