    fasting and cutting

    fasting&cutting

    month of fasting coming up for me...need to cut for wrestling also however...wondering since its commonly sail that after an 8 hr fast (aka sleep leads to using fat for burn due to lack of glycogen). however i will be going through a 16-18 hr fast daily with 30 min circuit training between.does that mean that every movement i make will use fat for energy (majority wise ...predicting some catabolism)? also i will do 30 min cardio(swim or row) 5 times a week at 9pm...2 hours after fast broken....

    p.s. dont care about mass, just strength. weight 190 at 14-16% bf. need to be 173 by december

    willing to lose mass, but strenght needs maintenance through circuit training
