300+grams of protein. Dangerous!

For the last couple weeks I have been hitting 3-350grams a day.. OMG! I could've clear out the gym with my farts! Glad I went during a slow time. Did legs earlier this week and I was leaving trails of smoke! haha, just thought I'd share. Beware of toxic gas when Protein loading.

No, it isn't a good smell, and I do them with pride, kinda like marking my territory. No one will use the bench I'm on for a good 5minutes, enough time for me to get water and return.

Yes I smell of fresh shit in the morning. If you ate like me you would actually understand what I'm talkin about, but obviously at 175lbs it never occured to you that you might need to eat more to gain weight.
