    u tell us - do they monitor what people surf for?

    as far as i know - this is a body building/health forum. nothing wrong with that. tell them its a beefed up healthy version of a jenny craig web site!

    ...Well, since your on their time, using their computer, and tying up their bandwidth they can probably do pretty much what they want....If you're really worried, ask your IT dept. what the policy is on surfing @ work....

    heres the real question i guess - do they have an internet blocker - something that prohibits you/anyone from accessing certain sites based on certain words in the link itself? for example - i cant access any of my fantasy football sites from work due to the word 'fantasy'. i guess what im asking - do u ever get anykind of blocked message when trying to access any sites?

    ..Exactly....Most places are somewhat lenient during lunchbreaks as long as you don't violate an "inappropiate content" guideline (if they have one)....few places intend to pay people to surf.....
