Anyone Else Want to Stab John Basedow?

I was watching TV earlier and a John Basedow Fitness Made Simple commercial came on. And now, his commercials have a fuc*ing THEME SONG! I'm not sure why but whenever I see him I wanna hop into the TV and stab him in the jaw. Anyone else feel this way?

He's like 150 pounds, but since he is ultra lean he can sell tapes. Look at the size of his necks, traps and shoulders. It is obvious he is scrawny.

hate that guy. almost as much as i hate chuck norris and the rest of the Total Gym asshats. remember when chuck norris was a badass??

anyways...was watching some stupid total gym ad this morning...and they were describing what could be described as a row (the total gym was set at an incline) and they were saying you should feel it in your chest. your chest?? on a row?? how do they let this stuff go?
