I decided today to change my unhealthy lifestyle. I am sick of being fat and lazy and hating my mirror image. I will diet for as long as it takes to reach my goals. Let me know what you think of my plan.
Current: 5'4, 217 lbs, 39" waist, 18.75" bi's, 49" chest
Goals: 5'4, 185 lbs, 30" waist, 18.5" bi's, 48" chest (most of my weight is in my abs; arms and chest are pretty firm)
Diet- 6 meals a day, 180 grams protein/day, 1500 or so calories
Cardio- 30 min/4 days a week
