    Tiny legs

    Does n e one else here have the same problem. im 5'11, 186 lbs with 8-9% bf. my chest is 49, shoulders 55, 19 inch neck, biceps recently broke 18, yet my thighs are only a miniscule 23 inches, and my calves are only 15. it is starting to look very improportional compared to my upper body. anyone share my problem? im really just making this thread to bitch.

    im 151 with 23" thighs and i think i look pretty proportional, maybe my legs are slightly larger than they should be but they used to be small. Try dragging a sled it really builds your legs. This fall we had to run around the infield dragging it by hand and my hamstrings got a lot bigger so you should get the same results.

    I also deadlift and squat a fairly good amount of weight for my size I guess, I get very intense on lower body days.

    How big should your legs be at your height? I'm kinda clueless and what would be considered having big thighs ?

    im starting to look very improportional, especially since i injured both knees and have been out of the lower body training for a couple of months.

    for me its the complete opposite and i wish it was the other way around
