I made another fricken sirloin tip roast boys...11pounds of PURE LOVE
its so damn good.
sirloin tip roast 11 pounds.
I marinated it in olive oil and crushed garlic, S and P and some balsamic vindin overnight.
preheated at 325 and cooked the fukker for 3 hours....
damn man...seriously with some creamed horseradish with sourcream and chives ....
I ate about 3 fukin pounds.....
wo ... and I gatdamn full.

honestly... I dunno bout yo dudes...but when I eat pretty rare red meat...I feel sooo good in my belly...I can feel my stomach goin to work on it and suckin out all the fukin wicked azz nutrients....
its pretty weird man...but I tell you, its fukin GOOD!
gawd I feel like a hundred dollars!
and BTW thats a full size BIG azz blade beside it...no fukin little man steak knife.... thats the big whop

dude thats a helluva steak then....
fuk.... the only thing you gotta remember ALWAYS bout cookin up a steak....pan fryin is the shit...steel pan HOT AS HELL.....heres the trick....sear the livin piss outta the outside to almost semi burnt...well not burnt but sear it good ...really hot burner and sear ALL sides for about 3 seconds a side and then take the pan off ...let it cool off then slow cook it over medium heat for about 7 minutes a side....
and boy I tell ya...that searing SEALS all juice inside and thats the trick...no more dried out leather.
