    Well, I sometimes have trouble getting as hard as I would like. I can get an erection just fine, it's just not like it used to be. Not to mention it allows me to be ready to go again in a matter of minutes. My only complaint would be that I last a little too long sometimes, but I guess it's better than the alternative.
