went to the gym with my friends lil bro
so the other day i go to the gym with my buddies little bro and his friends..some big 17-18yo's
so we get into free weights and its this one kids turn to flat bench..so he benchs for a min..mind you hes 17 5'8" 205lbs all natty
so he get up to put more weight on and he throws on 425lbs
and i look at him like yea the fvck right.
he looks at me laughs and then puts it up for 3.
now i thought he was putting up alot when working out with like 325.
he gets up im like bro wtf was that and he just laughs
then the next kid goes 18yo 6' 210 max's at 400
does this bother anyone else?!
i didnt even want to bench any more i was in shock that these kids are so young still in high school.
give these kids 6 more years and some jucie they'll be 300lbs putting up 650 lol
damn little genetic freaks!

These are the types of guys that do chest 5x a week and there overall body/definition is so shitty.
I am more interested in overall look and range of motion than worrying about putting up huge numbers.
You could have dropped kicked the bar when they had the weight up....yelled "show offs" then run off crying like a girl.

I've seen this happen before too. I was once doing Bench and I worked out with this guy way smaller than me. So I put on 3 plates and I figure this guy will go down. No, this guy kept working out with my way. I beat him by a few reps but I was way bigger than him, however, he was mostly shoulder and tris and I saw him doing bench often. I won't take anything away from him though still a good lift for a guy his size.

i've seen guys put 405 on the bar and then bring the weight down fast and bounce it off their fat titties and jump up growling and hooting. i guess their impressed but i ain't. i wouldn't trade my body with any of theirs.

I just workout lol I take satisfaction knowing I am stronger then the juicers at my gym and I am natural. In my eyes the only time I look big is with a full body pump.

yea i know there are in the 1200 club in high school
mix between bench and leg press i believe its those 2..im 98% on that
its those 2 workouts..
oh no 2 out of 3 of them are lean the biggest one is just massive not fat at all but just..hes a big little boy (5'8")
they inspire me lol
i talked the biggest one out of doing roids till he was older.
he swears hes ready cause hes starting to level out and its getting harder for him to get higher and bigger
hes got like 18.5" bis and 14" forearms i think is what he measured
also doing preacher curls for 125 for 10
as far as squats i think they said 475 or somthing
just all around big boys..lol
