time for me to say goodbye to the little sticks

Ive smoked for 4/5 years now, i know its not a good thing, paying to basically harm myself, and why bother training properly, eating properly and using gear when i smoke..one of the worst things around health wise

ive decided its time for me to pack it in, i have no health issues at present, but lets be serious..few yrs down the road, who knows what could happen?numerous failed attempts, but this time hopefully itll be for good, i know im addicted both physically and mentally (the habbit issue)

i just wish id never started..especially seen as its what put my mum in an early grave

just wanted to say this, needed to say it somewhere
