I worked out for two years. I tore my knee and cancled my gym memberhip because I could not go. My wife bought a Bowflex and wants me to work out on it for a couple of months, then I can get a gym membership. I worked out 5 days a week.
Mon-Chest
Tue-Shoulders
Wed-Legs
Thur-Back
Fri-Arms
I want to work out for 1 hour a day with the same split.
Can anyone with a bowflex give some advice on what exercise to do???
