How about the AR logo on the front and a yearly roster on the back of all the Vets and Mods for that year!

Kinda like a team shirt - and everyone has an opportunity to be on next years tshirt... it can show the year across the top, total members and posts as of December 1... yada, yada... then list the usergroup members (Admin/Mods/Vets)...

Seriously though, I would capitalize on this great/huge/tight community... there have been some funny posts made that could be quoted... member groups that could highlighted... individuals for recognition... ya dig?
