At LA Fitness Ft.Lauderdale. The part of his workout that I saw:
Lot of core training
Lateral raise with 15's REAL slow
Dumbell shoulder press with 50's REAL slow
Incline skullcrushers with 65 lb. EZ bar superset with close grip push-ups
I've seen him a few times at the Fitness 21 in Weston close to where he lives, but they said he was over here for a movie shoot.
My girlfriend said "Honey, he's not that big in person. You're almost the same size."![]()
