Buddy Stole my car....

Damn, Damn, Damn.....

So I let a bro of mine borrow a car ten days ago, and now hes not giving it back. I called the cops and it seems that I cant get it back, for at least another 10 tens... since I have to do the damn paperwork and then wait that long!

Pisses me off that someone steals my car (what else can I call it when I call and ask for it and nothing and now he wont even return my calls!)

Just ranting!

I'd do everything that everyone has recommended, but he is MIA...

As to the tweaker thing... I dint realize that he had a problem with it, and he let me borrow his car before for 3 months, with no problems.

The shitty thing is that he was treated like family by my wife and I! And what I get in return is a stab in the back, Im out a few grand for a car, and Im going to have to sue him.

The one good thing, is that he's active USMC, and they dont take lightly to this kind of shit!

Argh, Im so pissed off about all this!

My dad let my brother's friend's mom borrow our car and she went crazy and smoked and fvckin picked up crack in it and ditched it. I never let anyone drive my car at all...so borrowing is out of the question. That question will get a big FVCK NO.

I tried reporting it stolen, but since I was HONEST with the cop and said that my buddy borrowed it, now the law is different.

I have to send an official certified letter asking for MY CAR back, then wait ten days... TEN days, a car gets chopped at a shop in less than a few hours.

Then after ten days, I can report it stolen, and most likely never see it again!

Then he gave it back but the next night you got phone call from him saying where is your car ...
you said outside then he replyed no not anymore.....
i ran outside and the car wasnt there ...
say to the copper that you are assuming he cut the keys to your car and has taken it...
say he is a crackhead and sometimes goes wild
so i wouldnt be surprised that he done this...

Nothing... We now have to wait ten days, since I sent him an official certified request for the car... Then I can file and claim him as the perp!
