Ok here is the deal, i'm going to visit London in mid-january but currently i'm on a cycle, so my q's are:
1- can i bring in my own gear with me in my luggage?! or is it as illegal as it is in the US?!
2- can i buy **** easy in the UK or i should take my own with me?!!

You can bring it with you, as long as you can prove its for personal use, if they ask. But i doubt they will. Am sure you won't be bringing a truck load.
