Guess who the judge will believe? Unless you have pics of me and the judge, or similar material that could damage his reputation. Or you are a heavy campaign contributor or duck hunting buddy.
Again, the best thing you can do is simply not drink if you will be driving, and always cooperate with the nice policeman, dear. It works for me!
