    MOD Shout outs and favs. who's yours?

    Ok i thought it would be nice to talk about who your fav 3 mods are.. or 4 or whatever. Lets keep this posative no negative things about mods.


    My fav are Seajackal this guy is one of the nicest guys i have met here. always helpfull.
    Swole cat.. i gotta shout out at him.. often hated but here is a guy who takes time out of his day to share his insight into the world of living a healthy life. I have known him since back in the days on another board.
    Almostgone.. another guy who is very helpfull although i dont talk to him much.

    Doctorherb....Comp Mod. One of the nicest guys you could ever meet. Took time to help me out (didn't know me at the time ) with my diet, training, etc, all while he was two weeks out of his comp. I know he had better things to do than to help a total stranger out, but he did it anyway. Can't say that about too many people! I owe everything I have accomplished this year to Herb. He is a solid bro.

    dont know if they are mods but my favs are pinnacle and the barron, vette, and johnnyb they have been helpful and informative. now if you ask me my least fav mod is.......i could answer that, but probably be suspended, you know who you are........lol
