Tookie is the scum of society and I commend arnold for standing his ground. I can't believe how many people stood up for such a low life asshole. Why? Because he wrote an anti-gang kids book, THATS IT!! He never owned up to the crimes he never apologized for it. And dont say anything about shoddy police work because the ballistics from the bullets that killed the people matched HIS sawed-off shotgun. Did you know to become a Nobel peace prize nominee all you need to do is have a professor or a lawmaker write a letter of reccomendation to the Nobel committee? When he was in court and the prosecutor described Owens killings they actually had to stop the proceedings because Tookie laughed for 6 minutes straight. i forgot where i read that but I'll post a link when I find it. In my opinion Death Row isnt for rehabilitation, it's for punishment.

Got that right. Seems after a few years of hard time a lot of inmates turn to god and such. The same inmates that will probably buy a rock as soon as they get out. It is a punishment though, he did the crime and deserved exactly what he got.
