Buying a nokia N80 before release date

i have been made an offer for a brand new unopened, unlocked nokia N80 with one years warranty for 400 Euros (£320)

however i am aware that this phone is not out till march next year and i am wandering how he got it or whether this is a con

i dont know this person - i found him on ebay

Lots of scams out there on Ebay. Has the seller ever sold other items like that one? The are a lot of Phishers out there that get peoples log in onfo then sell items out of that account. What is his form of payment?

I wouldn't trust them gforce but that's just me i do buy things on ebay but your thing seems kinda sketchy but good luck bro with whatever you do.
