What are some of the negative sides possible? I wanna take some but, Im abou tot go on and dont wanna ruin my liver even more. IS it ,ore beneficial to use than not?

More harmful to the kidneys than the liver.....stay very hydrated & don't exceed 2400mg/24hours for a short period of time (assuming you have good kidney function) & you should be ok. ALWAYS take ibuprofen (& all NSAIDS) with a meal to help prevent stomach ulceration.
