Tribulus - Vitrex or Optimum for PCT

For PCT it is generally recommended that you use 4g. Products like Vitrex contain 20% protodioscin content. I believe Optimum Nutrition does not even give a protodioscin content on their label. Vitrex contains 80% saponins as where Optimum Nutrition contains only 40% saponins. Based off of these numbers is 8g of Optimum needed? Thanks!

*I posted this in the PCT and steroid section and have not got one response.

I was going to use 4g of trib along with 0.25mg arimidex, 100mg clomid, 20mg nolva, and 4 pills of Redkat (tongkat) for at least 1 month.

Would I need 8g if I was to use the Optimum trib? The Vitrex is twice as potent.
