It's usually just some bratty little teen who's mom pays for the internet connection. Load their IP into a web based WHOSIS, get the phone number or email address for their ISP's abuse line, and make a complaint. When the ISP calls up the mother and says that there is an abuse complaint against her account, who do you think she's gonna blame? And who do you think she's gonna threaten to disconnect? 9 times out of 10, that solves the problem.

Anyone w/ a brain knows how to jump their IP address, or to use proxy-servers....

(it also wouldn't be smart for ADMIN to post his I.P. because imagine if it was a jumped I.P. address, and people started harassing some random/innocent person... that person could turn around and sue this website...)

How does he keep coming up with new IP Addy's to create new accounts? I mean.. I know when you get banned.. that's what is banned.. (which I find to have a technicality in it btw) -- For instance. A Home of 4 dudes, all gym addicts and aspiring BB-ers that use AAS and all have different Compy's but yet run off the same IP ADDY. So say 3 of them have an account here.. and ONE gets banned.. all 3 do.. Regardless off track here..

Anyways, I am appalled that this has happened. David's name should NEVER be pushed through the mud. Is there at least a way (i know the answer will be NO) but is there a way to make sure he can never create an account here again??

unfortunately no. there are an endless number of ip's available to those who run a proxy server, and it's so easy to set up free email accounts with no verification needed that it's really impossible to keep these tools from coming back.
