its always 10lbs of lbm then when you get done with the cycle and see how it looks ......you figure well perhaps another 10lbs

I wanted to be huuuuge but know i work on more quality muslce i find it looks nice lol and last alot longer.......i hate takin a piss and losin everything jk anyways ya im 223lbs with about 10% i want to be about 210 at 5% and alot more syamtrical than i am now
I think i'd have to be a ripped 260 to fully fill my 6'1 fram.
