    my day was good christmas vacation started a bit earlier then i thought so thats good i have a few day to do nothing before i head home to see my moms

    whoring thread! haha jk I had a pretty good shoulders session today..for some reason my strength from when I was 40lbs fatter decided to come back randomly for shoulder press with dbs. Hey, Im not complaining, it was like 20lbs
