    T3/clen/ephedrine or just ECA?

    What would you recomend to lose around 30lbs?

    I'm only lifting 3 days a week, each BP once a week. I'm gonna include cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and clean diet.

    Is the T3/clen /+ephedrine too much?

    If anyone has just a general opinion or can share experience I would appreciate it. thank you.

    URG! Not clen and eph together! Absolutely not, Miss Thaing!

    Just go with clen, and run benadryl every third week. Or do an ECA stack, one or the other. Don't do heavy work in a tropical climate. Watch our for heat exhaustion. Keep an eye on your core temp, respiration and heartrate. First sign of toruble, just drop it.
