    I'm up to 280!

I just started a new cycle 3 weeks ago. I weighed myself at the gym and I was 262. I have been eating VERY WELL, about 300g. of protein per day. I have all but cut out my carb intake. (mainly because my BF% is higher than I'd like it to be. I have noticed a dramatic increse in strength, and energy. Not to mention I look MUCH leaner than just a few weeks ago.

Yesterday was the first time since starting my cycle that I weighed myself. MERRY CHRISTMAS to me! I am a whopping 280.5 lbs. Checked out to be the same on 2 sets of scales.

I just thought I'd share my good fortune with everybody.

    Thanks for reading bros.

    Congrats! Merry Christmas!

So when people ask you what you got for Christmas, are you going to say "18 1/2 lbs"?

I know what you mean about the carbs. It's just that my body goes to complete shit if I eat too many. I have always battled fat, and I know that I am very carb sensitive.

Carbs are not bad. Carb timing is what makes or breaks you, if you tend to be an endomorph

Also..those flavored oatmeals were my downfall before..I would come downstairs at midnight and eat 4 packets of that..horrible.

Thanks man! I wish I was more like 5'8 or 5'11. I was 5'2 when I started kindergarten. No joke!

You have all but cut out all of your carb intake and you noticed a dramatic increase in energy? Usually it's the other way around. Drop your carb intake and your energy levels drop. Hmmmmm....

what i was thinking. More carbs I have throughout the day=the better i feel. Usually means workout days.

As I mentioned before, I have always battled belly fat, and I was told by a very serious BB'r at my gym that I would notice an increase in energy as my body used the stored fat for energy. I am certainly no expert in this area, all I know is that I am growing, and I feel great.

I still feel small though. I am 6'4 and I feel like my knuckles drag the ground because my arms are so long. I have noticed the biggest difference in my chest, shoulders and FINALLY my skinny legs are starting to grow. I did a personal best in the gym last night doing squats...405 x 3.
