I was forced to take 3 weeks off because i got something removed from my finger and i was unable to grip a bar. Well now i am back to the gym and a new routine. I am going to try full body 3x a week. I have never done this but am going to give it a try and cycle later in Jan. I would have started jan 1 but with so much time off i want to get into the swing of things before i juice. Anyway, after 3 weeks i went into the gym today and did squats / lunges / BB bent over rows / Machine asst. pull ups / and light abs....can i say 3 words

I feel like i just competed in a Strong man competition. I cant wait till i get back where i was before.
