Why isnt there special tests every year for the elderly, to decide weather or not they get to keep thier drivers licence, every single day I encounter a bad elderly driver. Im not out here bashing the elderly but when your sight, and hearing start to go, and you cant hold you hand out straight and have it stay still, and you need a cane b/c you can barley walk, why the hell do you think you can still drive.

I dont know either. I agree though, a lot of them drive like A-holes, or they cant accelerate worth a crap! Almost like the pedal is too hard for them to push down. My grandpa was 87 years old and drove like a maniac!

I think i need one of those tests too.. i requested the dealer take the magnets outta my hub caps.. because i honestly think that they have magnets that draw the wheels to curbs.. but he says it's not the case.. i demnd a second opinion:P

The elderly vote in a bloc on issues of importance to them. Thus, no testing for drivers, no change in social security, and 65 year old millionaires pay the same for medicare as street sweepers. Politicians are scared to death of them!
