I'm getting charged with a "HATE CRIME"

So I called this lady a fat bitch because she cut in line at the Jamba juice shop near my house. They called the cops and now there is a charge against me that she claims to be a hate crime.........WTF........

I said a comment to myself and she's claiming I verbaly abused her.........

There's a law now that says if you verbally scare someone and there is witnesses the victim can file threat/abuse charges.......

File charges against her.. say when she cut in line in front of you it scared you to say anything because you were afraid she was going to eat you. I bet she tries to just extort money out of you instead of trying to get you put in jail. You watch she will spend the money on donuts too.

Joking aside if you walked by and yelled at her and did scare her you were wrong to do so but just walking by and saying FB is not a hate crime IMO.

Guys I just checked in with the local PD and I told my story to some cop there and he told me not to worry about it, as long as I didn't touch or basically picked on her more then once I should be okay. Plus there seems to be no further action taken then that first report. He said It would have shown up in there violation incident reports....He also laughed and said stay away from fat chicks......

hahaha, it isnt a two way street bro, not to change the subject, but i had something similar to this when i was in atl... me and a good friend of mine were in line at publix..... he is black(this will make more sense in a few min) and we are standing there and some fat, middle aged black lady, called me whity, i dont care, so i didnt say nada, well she messed up something and i ended up there for like 15 min while the HS dropout couldnt do her medial job... the entire time she openly referred to be a whitey, honkey, cracker and a few other obvious racists names... so after prolly 15 min, i told my friend, who is black mind you, i go, watch this man.... so i said "can your black dumbass not do even this simple of a job" and BOOM she ran got the store manager, and wanted to press charges and bla bla bla after she had continually called me names, and i mentioned her color, not a racist name... and all of a sudden im in the klan... luckily my friend was there and was black to tell the manager she had constantly sat there and belittled me. so he didnt do anything. but had we both been white, im sure i could have been screwed over, the world is gettin that way with every type of minority, kissing the ass of a few, and screwing over those of us who arnt fat. if she wins the case, kill her, and maybe her fatass kids to
