What situations are you in that bring this type of thing about?
Are they girls you know, where are you when this is taking place (school, club, etc), are they long time friends, etc?
I mean, it's hard to tell you what one would say in such a situation w/out knowing the actual situation. The context/history/etc. of the situation all have a key part in how you would rip the stupid cum receptacle apart.

ive been told many times by girls that roiding is lame, but when i take my shirt off, or flex my arms, their jaw drops down in amazement. i usually just tell the ho that im a perfectionist and that im willing to do anything to improve. i usually also tell them about how sh__ty gear makes me feel, from the drastically increased heart rate to the depression to the major loss of sleep. when they really understand my level of determination and dedication they usually shut up.
