People have been changing up their Avvy's a lot so I thought maybe I have been missing some stuff from I.F. but I can't find any recent posts.. Just wondering if everything was good or did he get banned/suspended?

He's not presently banned or suspended.
He hasn't been on since 12/22,

Last I heard he was doing a insulin only cycle and he's the ironfreak.

Put them both together and it's not very good.. :frown:
