If I saw these pictures and you didnt state you were alive, I'd say judging from the pic that the driver is definately dead, and the other 3 passengers are severely ****ed up. Incredible that you're alive after that, although I've seen people survive worse. What kind of injurys did you take away from this accident? Was the lady drunk? Glad your ok man...

I've got a fractured foot, ****ed up shoulder and elbow, cuts and bruises, both knees are so banged up I can barely walk, and neck and shoulder pain like you wouldnt believe

She wasnt drunk, she was doing 55 in a 35 down a short steep curve while it was raining, hydroplaned and ran in my lane

That must have been awful! I bet the reality of how serious that was didn't even hit you until after you got a chance to get home and think about it. That's what happened to me after my car got totalled.
