So I've started working out before work , it's so dead at the gym , maybe 10 people max .
I watch the news while working out , but its kinda like I have lower energy .

I do my cardio at 5am every morning.
sometimes i would like to but i have no motivation to train when still half asleep.
yes i go at 5 most of the time or 4:30 even
shit i'm workin by 6am
when i was workin i did...it was easiest way to get it in...felt weird for the first couple weeks...then my energy through out the day took a jump and i really loved it!...
i tried working out at 8am a few times i just cant get into it i like to go around 2 if not 2 then late like 10
I do cardio every other day before going to work and work out at night.
the gym is empty in the morning and ppl dont chit chat
I do cardio at 4:30 every morning and then back for weights later in the day
Cardio @ 5-6 a.m., weights at around @ 8 or 9 p.m. (no strength that early in the morning, don't know how you guys do it!)

I used to do it every morning at 6 Then go to organic chem at 8 I was the only one awake! Needless to say I did very well in that class.
i get up an hour before i workout at 4 or 430 love it when nobodys there
crazy people! I am so weak in the morning, havent had enough food to process into energy!
i cant make it that earley i normaly go around 10am then lift at 8:30 at night.when school starts again ill probly be going at 7am
i worked out at 4 am once. wasn't that great. i actually strolled in there still drunk cause i had just left the strip club. j/k
I work out at 5:45 for spin class. It gets a jump start on the day. When im not doing cardio I jump to the weights. As long as I have good music I can get going. In the winter, i hate the cold, I sleep with my gym clothes on. Then I just jump out of bed and get rolling. My gym is busy in the wee hours. At 8am it's packed.
Today I brought a change of clothes and forgot my shoes & underwear. I always forget something, what a pain. One day I forgot my towel and I had to dry myself off with the paper towel. Im sure it looked funny but who cares. I improvise when I have to.
Cardio @ 5am starting in february.
I've seen older men (50s 60s) drying off with the hand air dryer by the sink and a real small towel (about the size of a workout towel). kinda grossOriginally Posted by LAW
I have worked out at 5am for about 15 years now. Once you get used to it (about a month) your morning engery will increase and you will feel great thru-out the day!
I can only lift in the morning if its required for football and even then i go half go and do everything full go in the afternoon or evening when i have motivation....
