    It's a catch 22 because a lot of people who take roids shouldnt be doing it. But at the same time you want to show that a lot of the negative aspects are bullshit.

    Although Im sure people on the board will ask you why you didnt do it, and say you could have helped show them in a better light. Chances are, they would have edited and sensationalized any footage of information you gave them to fit the agenda of their show. Good decision...

    The direct link between deaths and steroid abuse also share a common link with mental disorders. Whenever you hear about a kid that killed himself it always starts out with..."He was always the little guy getting picked on..." or another variation of that. They have image issues to begin with and they look at steroids as the answer to their problems, once they do them and find out it's not the solution, hope is lost.

    its not image issues... its issues period. Some people turn to steroids for "non-issue" reasons and some turn to them for bigger issues than wanting to be a bigger, more athletic person. I know several kids that killed themselves..... thank god THEY were not using steroids. That would have gotten the blame if it were true. ..... media needs to let us speak for a min.

    The thing about steroids is if it were defended it would become much more popular with younger kids because they'd feel they have their safe use justified. That's one of the reasons why weed is so popular, because of all the hippies. The best thing to do is just sweep the dirt under the carpet, mellow it down on the media, and let us do what we do.
