    monkey is back all hail to salu and a message to all moderators

    i respect the moderators on this board and have learned my lesson hell people on life sentence get parole, people on death row get a chance to say their prayers before they die. I got banned without even being told a lifetime ban all my roid monkey fans were crying . I apologize to all and pray that i am given another chance. I know i have life time ban but i am dead serious i added humour but then started offending people im sorry. i am true fan of bodybuilding and am not here to offend anyone.

    Im sincere about my apology i attempted to write several letters to the moderators but my apology was not accepted and simply couldnt get on this site. If i wanted to i could of easily got on under another alias.

    I have been the 1ad man a simple normal nobody im sickin tired of this punish me any other way but give me back my roid monkey status. please unban me from this site. and give me saluu the roid monkey status again.

    Have a poll and ask the fans because i am sincere i could of hidden like a coward but i faced it like a man. I promise and hope if i go overboard in the future that i am warned. I do have a slight medical problem and that is all due to jamming that needle up my ass every other day that causes mood swings. I transform from an baby monkey to saluu the roid monkey.

    please forgive me i dont want to be known as 1 ad nobody i rather leave this site anyways please give me back my saluu roid monkey status .

    It is not the ban that is gonna hurt me it is the status of being the biggest mother###### roid monkey on the planet.

    I actually think he should be allowed here, hes a pretty funny guy, hes just a bit misguided, with the help of the bros here he could sort himself out (stop taking gear and lose some weight)!
