who is a mesomorph?

or endo and ecto? just curious as to how many on this board think of themselves in which category...be prepared to back yourself up with pictures!

Mesomorph athlete, 5'6" @ 189lbs/10%BF, but I have always been "stocky"

Ecto-mesomorph

Its difficult to find someone that is purely one mesotype - I put myself at Endo-Meso... gaining muscle isn't too difficult, but keeping it lean is...

i am endo-meso too, my body fights me very hard to drop anywhere below 10%

Im the same bro, i duno whether i like being this way or if id prefer to be ecto meso!

i think we always want the opposite of what we have, ever lean guy i know says he wouldnt mind putting on 5 pounds of fat for 5 of muscle, and i know i would kill to be shredded all year long

i would really like to hear the responses from Swolecat, nark, carlos e and some of the others who have built bb show quality physiques...

Many of the best competitive athletes are ecto-meso... but I think I read once that Ronnie is endo-meso...

i think i'm ecto cuz I was always a skinny kid up until a few years ago. I'm more stocky now but it took a lot of work to get here.

Yeah, that's very true!

To stay really lean year round would have me really paying great attention to detail in my nutrition/cardio/etc. I have a feeling I'll have to do that this year with all of the shit I have planned, but that's cool because I can really get into a zone and stay there.

Then I'll say I'm a pure mesomorph, because I can easily morph right into a meso!

im straight ectomorph, but dbol and tren have made me look more like a mesomorph

i'm a meso, maybe an ecto meso if there is such..but i find it possible to either gain or lose weight rather easily depending on my goal

I am pertty sure I am straight endo. :_damnit:
