BUTT, Girlfriend! Followed by shoulders, but if there is any belt overhang, forget it. I did an out of town cop a couple nights ago, and girl, he was da shitz! He wore 30 waist levis and had at least an 18 neck and shoulders to match. Those jeans were like painted on, Miss Thaing! Those glutes pinched in tight together and stuck out behind like the edge of a stack of dinner plates. The shoulder width had me feeling all ditzy and giggly!

Take care of the shoulders, and everything else follows. It is hard to have really small bis and tris when you have delts like cabbages.

Oh, yeah, and his unit was a friggin MONSTER! (That was nice, of course) and he did indeed have plenty of money to spend on a good time. But the delts and glutes are what got my motor running.

yes i agree with you about the ladder theory. i was making reference to it for the sake of entertainment. there several other social/psychological factors that need to be taken into consideration. i look at it as a work of satire with a possibly a few truths...more like a college kids theory rather than scientific theory.
