You need to learn how to reverse psych with your lady- Half the reason she is saying that is probably to test you. Seriously, 2 relationships ago my ex tried to control me and tell me to stop. This is right when I started contest prep and I almost stopped my cycle. I ended up lying, continuing my cycle and I qualified for nationals. 2 weeks after I qualified, we break up anyway for some other stupid reason. I'm sure as hell glad I did not stop.

Now when I meet someone, I tell them right from the start I cycle and ask if they have a problem with it. If they do, they're not the one for me.
