    Best locale for personal training?

Where is there most employment for personal training? California seems like a big place for that but when you consider the cost of living there....any idea?

I travel to Texas(Dallas & Houston) quite a lot on business. The gyms there don't seem to have as many people working with trainers as I see when I'm in Vegas,Seattle, Miami or L.A. (in L.A.& Miami it seems like 75% have trainers) But maybe going someplace where there aren't a lot of trainers would be the way to go?

    No store-front limitations.

Thanks for the input. Miami would be a cool place to live - I'm not sure of the cost of living down there but...that's interesting feedback. Someone told me that there's alot of babyboomers down there looking to hook up with personal trainers. Maybe the older crowd has less confidence and a PT would fit that niche perfectly. Hmmm. Thanks.

You live in NYC. This is a great market if you can tap it.
