On the tail end of a 3 day drinking binge, I stole my girlfriend's car, crashed it, went to jail, and lost my job as a result. Oddly enough the girlfriend stuck around, but I've lost many others due to my drinking. That's why I decided to give it up and get sober.

I used to drink every day but only out of pure bordem. When I decided to kick it I knew I needed to fill my time with something else. Thats when BB came into my life.

I still enjoy a drink but I dont make it a priority. BB is my priority now.

I spend years drinking myself stupid and now my motivation is this :

"if i had been BB all them years instead of drinking I would look even better than I do now"

i think alote of us going through a drinking binge i have and i am only 19.i used to drink everyday after notice i gained all my weight back and looked and felt like crap thats when it stoped.i still also go out and drink everynow and then but not as much.

I drink everyday, it helps calm my nerves after a hard at work or in the gym, and it helps me sleep better if I just pass out. Usually I just drink 4 or 5 beers right before bed, but lately I've been doing shots instead, its faster.
