    Should I go to a Fitness or my regular gym tonight?

    LOL...

    I go to a pretty hardcore gym full of competitors. I love my gym. It has the best equiptment. Probably the biggest people. It's a good vibe and great atmosphere.

    I have the chance today to go to a popular fitness gym swerming with cardio bunnies and chicks walking around the gym looking for their next boyfriend but the equipment is decent. Should I train at my gym tonight or go to the fitness gym tonight?

    It's a one day thing. I wouldn't leave my gym for the world. I think it would be nice to go there and show off just a tad.

    To fitness gym it is then!!!!! The only reason I asked is cause I can go any day of the week. I wanna dead lift tonight and if they don't have a rack I'm gonna be pissed.

    Personally I go to the gym to lift weights not show off. You have 20+ hours a day to show yourself off why go to a sissy gym when you know will not get the workout you normally get (or maybe you will?).


    My 2 cents is make lifting your priority when in the gym and don't worry about the gym rats.
